Hot-pin perforation

Many thermoplastic films, such as PP, must be hot-punched to obtain tear strength. An electrically heated and synchronously driven needle roller in conjunction with a heat-resistant counter-roller guarantee absolutely round holes with cleanly welded edges.

This method meets the highest aesthetic requirements while maintaining high functionality.

Recesses in the longitudinal direction

Spills, mounted in any width between the needle rings, produce unperforated longitudinal strips.

Recesses in the transverse direction

Short-term movement of the film from the needle roller breaks the perforation in the transverse direction. For this purpose, a highly dynamic servo drive moves the counter roll. The user simply adjusts the width and position of the recess with millimeter precision.

If necessary, the printed image of the film synchronizes the movement
