Colorsat Switch
The Colorsat Switch is a modular dispenser for label and narrow web print runs, engineered to dispense water-based, UV or LED-curing or solvent-based ink batches into 5-litre (~1.3 gallon) buckets. GSE states the system dispenses a four-colour 5 kg recipe in less than five minutes.
Containers of base ink connect directly to the dispenser, which makes it easier to satisfy traceability and GMP requirements.

Storage buckets attach straight to the dispenser, so the batch record runs from the supplier's container through to the dispensed bucket.
Quick couplers throughout
Every hose connection uses quick couplers for fast, drip-free exchange of base inks.
Waterfall frames
Modular frames store and replace buckets of base ink, holding containers up to 25 kg (~55 lbs).
Precise weighing
A 15 kg (~33 lbs) weighing unit with 0.5 gram (0.001 lbs) readability, on a sliding tray for adding return inks and manual components.
