Colorsat Match
The Colorsat Match has set the standard in dispensing for narrow web printers and users of relatively low ink volumes. It is designed specifically for dispensing production batches of UV- or LED-curing and water-based printing ink into 5-litre (~1-gallon) buckets.
It keeps a small footprint while still leaving plenty of working space, and ink containers are straightforward to refill.

Built for small batches
Sized for narrow web work and for printers running relatively low ink volumes, rather than scaled down from a large machine.
Twelve internal tanks
Ten internal storage tanks at 20 litres (~5 gallons) and a further two at 40 litres (~10 gallons), handling a maximum of 20 ink components.
Fine weighing
A 15 kg (~33 lb) scale with 1 gram (0.002 lb) readability, plus a scale slide unit for adding return inks and manual components.
Cleans its own valves
Stainless steel grade 316 dispensing valves with automatic valve cleaning, fed by an air-driven diaphragm pump with circulation units.
