What is new on the W&H ONEFLEX?
A stable printing unit
W&H states that “a rigid, stable printing unit delivers repeatable print quality and consistent results under demanding production conditions.” On its ONEFLEX website W&H sums this up as “No bounce.”
Less manual handling, safer daily operation
W&H states that ONEFLEX “combines the latest safety standards with an operator-oriented machine design”, and calls it “the safest CI flexo press we have ever built”.
W&H lists an automatic CI drum cleaner, a motorized thread-up chain that guides the web from the unwind around the CI to the print inspection, and a drop-down platform with chamber lift for access to the upper doctor blade chambers.

Inspection, data and drying
W&H describes the VISION inspection system as fully integrated and made by W&H, giving operators a clear view of the job on press for defect detection and quality management. According to W&H, its RUBY IoT system gives access to machine status, process and alarm data.
W&H states the drying concept, from the drying tunnel to the in-between-colour dryers, is engineered to reduce electrical energy consumption; the figure W&H gives is in the at-a-glance section above.
Which inline printing and coating units can be added to ONEFLEX?
W&H states its inline printing units add functional coatings and product properties during ONEFLEX production in one step, instead of on a separate machine. The table uses W&H's own descriptions.
| Inline option | What W&H states it does |
|---|---|
| Available technologies | Single flexo, double flexo, rotogravure |
| Barrier coatings | Maximum resistance to liquids, oil and grease, water vapor, oxygen or UV light. |

First European customer
W&H reports that its first European ONEFLEX customer is alesco Folien GmbH & Co. KG, a German converter in Langerwehe. According to W&H's case study, the investment decision followed in December 2025, with delivery planned for January 2027.
W&H reports that alesco's ONEFLEX is configured for production speeds of up to 500 m/min and printing widths of up to 1270 mm. alesco is W&H's customer in Europe, not a K Group customer.
Who is the ONEFLEX for in Pakistan?
ONEFLEX is for flexible packaging converters in Pakistan choosing a new CI flexo press. W&H positions it as a press that is configured around each converter's applications, job mix and production targets, and expanded later as requirements evolve.
If you are comparing it with other W&H presses, see the related machines below or our full range of flexo printing machines.
What does a W&H ONEFLEX cost in Pakistan?
There is no list price: a ONEFLEX is configured to order, so the quote depends on the press you specify. These are the factors that move it.
Colour decks. Each deck adds a complete inking and printing station.
Printing width and repeat length. A wider web and a longer repeat mean a larger press and more of every component.
Speed class. A faster press needs more drive and drying capacity to keep up.
Inline units. Each inline printing or coating unit is a machine in its own right, with its own drying.
Drying. Drying capacity follows from your inks, coatings and speed.
Automation and handling options. Inspection, cleaning and handling systems add cost and save time and waste at every job change.
