Colorsat FCS
The Formula Checkweigh System gives full control over the management and manual weighing of ink batches — the entry point to GSE ink management where a full automatic dispenser is not justified.
It comprises a 15 kg (33 lb) scale, with 35 kg (77 lb) optional, and a computer with keyboard and monitor. The control computer sits next to the electronic scale, or mounts on the back of the monitor with a bracket.

Bulks a formula to batch size
The system scales a formula to the batch size wanted and calculates what is required, guiding the weighing rather than leaving it to arithmetic.
Suitable for all inks
Including offset — it is not limited to the ink types the automatic dispensers handle.
Self-installed
Easy self-installation with a small footprint, and simple future system growth as needs change.
Connects outward
Runs GSE Ink Manager and can be connected with all major colour formulation systems.
