Colorsat RWS
The Return Weigh Station gives full control over the management and weighing of press return inks — the physical counterpart to the Return Ink Management software module.
It comprises a control cabinet housing a computer with keyboard and monitor, and a 35 kg (77 lb) weighing scale, with 300 kg (660 lb) optional. The system leads the operator through a step-by-step process to weigh returns back in.

The operator is guided through the process rather than recording returns by hand, so the stock record matches the shelf.
Barcode labelling
With the optional barcode package a label can be printed for each returned container.
Ex-proof option
The control cabinet can be supplied in an EX-proof execution to weigh solvent-based inks.
Small and self-installed
A small footprint and easy self-installation, running GSE Ink Manager and connectable to major colour formulation systems.
